Every tool uses published rate factors and industry-standard formulas, documented on the tool's own page.
We work to keep the underlying rate data current, but a calculator output is a planning estimate, not a bindable number. Two businesses with identical revenue and payroll can still pay different premiums once a real underwriter looks at claims history, credit, and carrier-specific pricing.
